Before a deliverable is unlocked
If you believe a payment was made in error, was duplicated, or an ordered output cannot be delivered because of a Layro technical issue, email admin@layro.tech within 7 days of payment. Include the payment reference and account email.
Digital source packages
Once a source package has been unlocked or downloaded, it is a digital deliverable and is normally non-refundable. We will investigate genuine technical delivery failures and provide a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.
Managed hosting
You may request cancellation before a hosted site is provisioned. After provisioning or publication, hosting fees cover setup and reserved infrastructure and are normally non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or where Layro cannot provide the purchased service.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and bank.
